How to return defective merchandise :Products Warranty : · Products are under warranty for one year after purchase date unless otherwise agreed · Warranty is null and void if products utilization was not in accordance with manufacturer recommendations · Normal wear items (fan, fuse wire) are not guaranteed · Items damaged by shipping (item scratched, broken) won’t be replace unless if defects are found and declared within three days of receipt.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number : - Download the RMA number request form.
- Fill it then send it attached with your invoice.
Return defective items : · The return authorization number has to be written on the package · Pack items so that they will not be damaged during transport. A product damaged during shipping will not be processed · For motherboards: only return motherboard in its antistatic bag without accessories. They will not be taken into account and con not be claimed · For cases: return only the power
Warning : · Any products will be replaced on the spot · A parcel without return authorization number will be refused · We are not responsible for your package when you return the goods, so use a shipping service with proof of delivery and insure your packages if necessary.
